We soak the manifolds in a de-carbon solution to remove internal carbon. We rebuild our carburetors with Ethanol resistant kits. We recondition as much of the small parts as we can, and replace what can't be re-used. This process takes an average of five to six weeks to produce a completely rebuilt Tri-Power intake system. There are a lot of rebuilt tri-powers out there, but none better than ours.

All of our 3x2 intakes are built on original General Motors cast iron manifolds. The carburetors we rebuilt are period correct for three deuce manifolds they are on. We NEVER reuse any gaskets. When finished, the Tri-Power system is as correct as it can be made. We are "NOT" the final step. That is done by the engine builder/installer. Therefore we do NOT guarantee and we do NOT imply there is any warranty. The final assembly is the responsibility of the Builder/Installer.
